Now let's talk about payment. We prefer credit or debit cards by American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or VISA and we do NOT apply a surcharge for credit card billing unless you prefer expedited shipment.
We ship by UPS to street addresses only - No P.O. Boxes or third party address. Our shipping charges are based on the weight of the shipment with your choice of ground, 3 day, 2 day, or overnight delivery.
Guarantees - price, satisfaction and otherwise
Satisfaction means different things to different people. To us, it means shipping you a product that meets the manufacturer's published specifications and programming per your instructions if applicable. It does not mean fulfilling unknown expectations but we recognize that there are case where the product may not suit your needs. So, we have a return policy. If you return the product within 15 days, we will allow 100% of your purchase price toward the price of the substitute item excluding shipping cost.
