The FCC and YOU!  Within the time span of one week, we lost two orders to people who were in a hurry to use radios that had been "advised" by competitors that an FCC license was not necessary. Hate to be the one to tell you, but with very rare exception, that simply is not so! Keep in mind that it is YOU that the FCC holds accountable for compliance with the regulations, not your supplier. We may have lost a couple of orders, but we sleep well at night. With potential fines of up to $10,000 or more, even the possibility of imprisonment, we just don't think that being ill informed is a luxury our customers can afford.
