We will provide an overview of the Ritron base station and continue with other offerings that are a part of the basic communications product family, then proceed to review some of the speciality products used for notification, access, and control.
Basic 2-way Communications
Jobcom and Patriot desktop base stations are available in your choice of VHF or UHF. Essentially, both are the same, with 10 channels, scan, page sending capability as well as both CTCSS and DCS tone privacy.
No power supply, microphone, or external speaker is required (although you can add optional car kits, remote microphones or external speakers if you wish). These stations are the ideal alternative using a portable for fixed station used. The price is right - just $299 with your choice of VHF or UHF.

SLX-100 and SLX-400 handheld portable radios are ideal companions for the Jobcom and Patriot base stations. These were the first of a new generation of microsized lightweight radios with spectacular battery life, high quality audio (typically twice the output of most radios), and all the channel capacity you'll ever need in an affordable MIL-SPEC 810F rated package.

Liberty Repeaters can extend coverage when you need extended range between portables or portables and fixed stations. These repeaters are available for the UHF (450-460 MHz range) band for either 25 or 12.5 kHz operation.

Wireless Callbox Systems
Outpost Basic is a pushbutton activated 2-way communicator available in your choice of VHF or UHF. These units are completely weatherproof and power by six "D" cell alkaline batteries that provide up to one year of service before replacement.
For assistance, the user simply presses the call button, waits for a response by a 2-way radio user, then communicates using simple push-to-talk technology. VHF models are available that do not require an FCC license. UHF models require an FCC license (we can help you with this). If you wish, you can operate this Callbox using an optional AC power supply, or even a low cost solar panel system.

XT Callbox is the heavy duty version, generally preferred when used by the public. You can attach this callbox to a pole, and flat surface or almost anywhere using available mounting brackets (It comes standard with 4 point mounting brackets).
Six different models are available beginning with the basic 2-way model priced at just $695. You can add a remote switch and 2-tone control for $100 more or even a full keypad model to allow public access by use of the call button or coded key access by employees and regular suppliers for $1,495.
